At CuddleCups™, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

14-Day Cancellation & Returns

For most online purchases, customers in Ireland/EU have a legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order under this right, please contact us within the applicable 14-day period.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be:

• In reasonable condition
• Returned with the items originally supplied where reasonably possible
• Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping

You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Return Shipping

Exceptions
